Shipping Policy

Prior to completing your order, please ensure to carefully review your addresses, especially the shipping address. Once your order is confirmed, it becomes challenging for us to make any alterations.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly within 7 days and inform us if any significant damage occurred during transit. Kindly send images of the damages to a.jackson@mysevenscents.com.

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and delightful customer experience, starting from the moment you place your order until you unwrap your Seven Scents purchase. While we wish we could personally deliver each order, once the package is in transit, we have limited control over how the carrier handles it on its way to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We conduct thorough inspections of all candles before shipping to guarantee exceptional quality, and as a policy, Seven Scents does not offer refunds. In the event of damage during shipping, we are committed to replacing or refunding damaged items. Please send any relevant pictures, along with your order number, to a.jackson@mysevenscents.com

Shipping Processing Times 

Items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that all items are handmade and poured. Once shipped, priority mail typically takes 3-5 days for delivery.
